        Flat vulcanizer is mainly used for vulcanizing flat belt (such as conveyor belt, transmission belt, referred to as flat belt), which belongs to hydraulic machinery. The main function of flat vulcanizer is to provide the pressure and temperature needed for vulcanization. Pressure is generated by hydraulic system through hydraulic cylinder, and temperature is provided by heating medium (usually steam, heat conducting oil, superheated water is also useful).
        Flat curing press is a combination of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic technology, with semi-automatic performance. The main engine adopts two kinds of structure: column type and frame plate type. The main body is bright, clean and rigid. The cross beam on the hydraulic cylinder and the movable platform are made of ductile iron. The main engine has stable performance and durability. The hydraulic part is driven by a single pump, which is simple in structure, convenient and reliable in performance. It is generally used in small-tonnage equipment. The other is a combination of two pumps with high speed and pressure. It is generally used in large-tonnage equipment. The hydraulic schematic diagram is attached.
        Safety Operating Regulations for Flat Plate Vulcanizer
        1. All moulds should be placed in the middle of the plate, and gloves should be worn to prevent scalding.
        2. Pressure gauge should be adjusted according to die size and unit pressure. Overpressure vulcanization is strictly prohibited.
        3. If the equipment is malfunctioning, it needs to cut off the power supply before processing.
        4. When the test piece sticks to the mould, open the mould carefully and smash hands to prevent landing.
        5. Protective rubber sheets should be padded when using vulcanized sheets/cutting specimens.
        6. Flat curing press should not be used beyond the prescribed temperature.
        7. When taking the test piece from the die, pay attention to the cavity and the smooth surface of the die to prevent scratches.
        8. It is strictly forbidden to take moulds or clean up debris when the plate rises.
        9. When not in use, cut off the power supply, lower the pressure and close the oil valve.
