Flat vulcanizer is suitable for vulcanization of various rubber products. It is an advanced hot pressing equipment for pressing various thermosetting plastics. Flat vulcanizing machine is mainly used for vulcanizing flat belt (such as conveyor belt, transmission belt, referred to as flat belt), which has the advantages of large unit area pressure of hot plate, reliable operation of equipment and less maintenance. The main function of plate vulcanizer is to provide the pressure and temperature needed for vulcanization. Pressure is generated by a hydraulic system through a hydraulic cylinder, and temperature is provided by a heating medium (usually steam). According to the structure of frame, flat belt vulcanizer can be divided into column flat belt vulcanizer and frame flat belt vulcanizer. According to the number of working layers, it can be divided into single layer and double layer. According to the working medium of hydraulic system, it can be divided into oil pressure and water pressure.
The safety operation rules of the plate vulcanizer are as follows:
1. Wear protective equipment and do not use wet gloves when operating.
2. Preheat the plate before vulcanization to check whether there are any impurities between the layers of the plate and whether other parts are normal.
4. Pressure gauges and thermometers should be sensitive and effective. Steam pressure, oil pressure and vulcanization temperature should be strictly controlled according to safety and technological conditions.
5. When filling the vulcanization mould, the hand should not be put into the flat panel to prevent scalding and extrusion, and the problem should be stopped and handled. The mould used should be placed smoothly to prevent falling and bruising.
6. After the operation, cut off the power supply, close the water and valve, and put the mould back to the designated place.
