Flat vulcanizer is mainly used for vulcanizing flat belt (such as conveyor belt, transmission belt, referred to as flat belt), which belongs to hydraulic machinery. The main function of flat vulcanizer is to provide the pressure and temperature needed for vulcanization.
The main technical requirements of plate vulcanizer are as follows: the temperature is usually 180-200 degrees C, the surface load of conventional electric heat pipe is 3-7W/square centimeter, which ensures that the surface temperature of the plate vulcanizer is uniform and the hole spacing of the template is arranged reasonably, so that the surface temperature difference of the hot plate can be controlled in the minimum range. Considering the convenience of installation and use of the electric heat pipe, star joint method is generally adopted.

1. PLC, touch screen control, can achieve manual and automatic control; can achieve automatic mode closing, automatic exhaust, automatic pressure, automatic temperature control, vulcanization timing, alarm and automatic mode opening functions; touch screen timely display and control the temperature of heating areas of the hot plate.
2. Hydraulic system: With the control of PLC, hydraulic stations of famous brands at home and abroad can realize many automatic functions, such as automatic closing, exhaust, opening and so on.
3. The hydraulic cylinder is made of QT500-7 material and the plunger is made of cold hard alloy cast iron with compact texture, which is grinded after casting. The seal of the hydraulic cylinder is Y-ring.
4. Hydraulic automatic top iron is used at the edge of the hot plate pot, and the pad iron on both sides of the hot plate moves forward and backward simultaneously under the action of multiple cylinders; the overlapping device of the pad iron is installed at both ends of the hot plate.
5. Mould-closing guiding device: Mould-closing guiding device is installed on both sides of the underlying platform, guide seat is installed on frame plate and platform, and inclined plane is machined by guide seat, and inclined plane distance can be adjusted by top wire.
6. Mechanical synchronization or hydraulic synchronization balancing mechanism: under the platform, there is a synchronization shaft running through the unit, with racks and gears at both ends of the shaft, or a hydraulic cylinder balancing device is used to ensure the horizontal lifting of the platform.
7. Each heating area of the hot plate is equipped with a set of valves to regulate the temperature. Under the control of PLC, the temperature of each heating area of the hot plate is uniform.
9. Mould-opening booster: When opening the mould, a number of groups of forced die-opening cylinders under the platform do the pull-down action, forcibly pull the platform down, to prevent the phenomenon that the sticky pot does not open the mould.
