According to the working medium of hydraulic system, it can be divided into oil pressure and water pressure.
Flat vulcanizer is mainly used for vulcanizing flat tape. It has the advantages of large unit area pressure of hot plate, reliable operation of equipment and less maintenance. In the rubber industry of flat-plate vulcanizer, the pillar flat-belt vulcanizer is an earlier type. In the past, the flat-belt vulcanizer used in our country was mostly pillar structure, but now it mostly adopts frame structure. Compared with the pillar flat-belt vulcanizer, the frame flat-belt vulcanizer allows the installation of larger diameter hydraulic cylinders at a certain center distance, thus reducing the number of hydraulic cylinders. It has simple structure and less maintenance.
